No survey link, no form, no friction. Just a reply. Once the replies come in — upload them to AI (I use Claude). Ask it to group responses by theme and rank by frequency. Within minutes you’ll see the 3–4 problems your audience actually cares about — in their language, not yours.

Critical: Don’t blindly trust the output. AI told us 47% of responses mentioned “accountability” — looked like a slam dunk. But those were mostly beginners who wouldn’t pay $297. The 22% asking about advanced implementation? Those were the real buyers. AI found the pattern. We picked the right one.

Validate demand, build the offer, and create the sales page.

Follow-up email: “I’m putting together a deep-dive on [winning topic]. What are your top 3 burning questions?” Simple Google Form, three fields.
